Prayer is a conversation we get to have with the Father. It is not for the sole reason of receiving what we want from Him, but enjoying communion with Him. Prayer begins with thanksgiving, continues with repentance, then our requests, ending with “amen”.

Amen means “so be it”. When we say amen, we are coming into agreement with God’s will to be done.

I believe prayer is powerful. I believe in the God of miracles. He still does miracles today, just as He did years ago.
